A Great Storage Solution – At Blissful Home

Hi Crew! Thanks for coming by today!

Some of you know that I’m the lucky man amidst hundreds of women over at Blissfully Domestic Magazine, where I write a regular column for the Blissful Home Channel.

My post there today is pretty cool. Here is a teaser…

I saw this awesome storage solution for a small space:

Sunset Shelving

And I thought it was a great idea. So I did some drawings to show how you make it and gave a few pointers in that direction.

It’s pretty neat! It’s the first time I’ve used my CAD software to illustrate a post. Check it out and then come on back! Here is the link:

Wow! Great idea…I think I may tackle this in my own son’s room.

Very cool! It’s neat how the shelving helps to hide the ugly, but necessary outlet too.

That is the cutest shelf! (Isn’t that what you just were dying to hear?) Seriously, I have several spaces in my house that could use this shelf!

I saw this over there and began thinking of where I could do something similar in my home.

This looks PERFECT for CDs and DVDs and all those video game packages the kids are always losing. Or maybe used as a display shelf for seashells, or tucked into a bathroom to hold rolled up washcloths and a few display items. So MANY possibilities!

Thanks for adding the new CREW button, Tim, I love it! And since you haven’t made a fuss about it (yet), I’m doing it myself … I wrote a whole post about it this morning :o ) Stop by and take a look.

Oh my gosh you are using CAD?!!!!

I’m pretty sure that’s why I dropped out of design school.

I am completely impressed.
