It’s only a few days before the big Remodeling Guy Round-Up!  I’m looking forward to it!  It may not be the NBA Finals, but I’m excited anyway.  Makes me want to boogie…

Thank God!  I had my share of “oh, Tim…have you lost your mind?” moments.  Especially after I pasted my face on that clip-art cowboy!   But thankfully, you supported me! I’ve heard from quite a few of The Crew, both long-timers and new recruits, that say they’ll be ready by Friday!

Some of you even put this crazy picture on your blogs.  That was so sweet!  Did you just feel bad for me? (or my family!)

Rockin’ Rhoda Round-Up Ready

You all know Rhoda from Southern Hospitality, right?  If not, you should definitely check out her blog!  Rhoda is a master at decorating on a budget and she does a great job of showing you how she does it!

Many of you have asked recently about framing a mirror… Rhoda did that and you can see it here.  It looks great!

Rhoda gave me a sneak peek at what she’s going to bring to the Round-Up!  Take a look:

Rhoda is well known for her garage sale finds. (am I to understand that this is called “junking” now?)  Well, this particular “junk” apparently was obtained for a big fat ZERO dollars.  I have no idea how she did that!

Keep an eye on Rhoda’s blog because she’s going to show us how she puts this back in shape and to good use!  And you’ll be able to find it listed in Mr. Linky on Friday for the Round-Up.

Jumpin’ Jen Joins-In

Jen from Balancing Beauty and Bedlam is coming to the Party too!  I hope she brings food!  Her blog is the new home for Tasty Tuesday and I’ve taken notice that Jen can cook-up some serious viddles.  And that’s not all!

Jen covers all kinds of cool topics on her blog, from family, to fashion, to getting crazy with spray paint!  In fact, she told me on the QT (what does this mean..QT?..anybody?), that she was going to be showing off some spray paint magic for her Round-Up post! 

I’ll give you a little bit of photographic hints (the photos had to be taken at night because this is Top Secret)…

We’ll see more of this project on Jen’s blog and she’ll be including it in the Round-Up!  I love to see this kind of project!

It Will Be a Hitchin’ Post!

That’s right, this Friday is May 1st and you can bring any post you have on a Home Improvement project large or small and hitch it to my post by way of good ol’ Mr. Linky. 

If you’re still dreamin’, you can come too!  Just do a post on the project you DREAM of doing, show us pictures and share that dream!  That’s a step toward getting it done right there!

I’ll have my post up and ready to be hitched to at midnight Thursday.  Something about the last second of the month sounds cool to me!

Anybody else crazy enough to put my picture on your blog?   You should print that off.  It might be worth something one day, when my kids are famous.  If you would like to play along, here is the button again…
