A New DIY Site From BHG.com!

There’s no hiding the fact that I’d really much rather talk about design ideas and “big picture” stuff than I would get into doing detailed step-by-step tutorials! Lord knows I’ve tried to convince myself to do more of it, but no matter how hard I try, I am just not Mr. How-To!

Good Thing I Didn’t Even Try!!!

Because I could never have kept-up with the folks at BHG.com (that stands for Better Homes and Gardens!) Check out the new site they just rolled out:

I did some looking around and I was pretty seriously impressed! This site is full of detailed home-improvement advice. They have pages for plumbing, electrical, painting, and so much more!

So if you have some time on your hands and you need some great DIY Advice, head on over to DIYadvice.com

Don’t you worry about us not coming back… that site is going to be wonderful, but it’s like going to visit my slick city cousins… I’m always happy to get back to “home” after those visit!!!

I always forget how great BHG is- the classic cookbook is my go-to for everything, and I love their magazine. Thanks for sharing!

RG,
you have no worries. Fancy is okay, but we all enjoy talking to a real “DIY guy.”
Have a great day!

Thanks, looks like a great resource. I’ll be reading the painting section over and over … just as soon as I finish (um, and start) getting the wallpaper off my kitchen!

We’ll always come back to you. Of course they can do it when they have 20 full time people working on one little weekend project. :) It’s the real deal in action that we need to see.
