My husband and I live in a house built in 1908, and we have owned it for 26 years. Needless to say, we always seem to have a remodeling job going on; our current job is our upstairs bathroom. My husband is a do-it-yourselfer for most of our projects and so having tips on how to get things done will be helpful.! I have always loved, loved, loved rooms that have the boards on the walls (like the last pic on your post). I would love to try something like that in our home.
