Great Deal On Hitachi 14.4 Volt Cordless Drill (Today Only)

Wow! I get so many emails with “the deal of the day” that I hardly pay attention. I totally almost missed this. I’m glad I didn’t because this is actually a great deal.

Amazon.com has a 14.4V cordless Hitachi Driver/Drill on sale for only $69.00. The email I got says it is today only. (February 23, 2010)

My brother has this same model and I’ve used it on a number of occasions. It’s super powerful, feels great (well balanced), and not bad looking! Oh, and you get a flashlight too! I use the flashlight that came with my cordless tools all the time!

The bottom line is simple: for $69.00 this is a super deal.

I just thought I’d share it with you.

I just ordered mine. I’ve had a “girly” one for doing things around the house, but I’m planning to do a lot more now that I’ve found your tutorials. Thanks, Vicki

Hi Vicki!

You won’t be sorry you ordered this one. The difference in power and potential uses as compared to a “girly” (using your words, not mine!) one is really dramatic.

The balance of a tool like this is a big deal too when you’re using it to drive screws or drill holes that need to be straight.

Be sure to let me know how it works out when you get it!

Thanks for the heads up. I’m looking for a cordless staple gun. Any recommendations?

I’m excited. I just signed up to join your site. I like what I’m seeing, and already learning more than I thought I knew (haha). Please stop by my blog sometime and let me know you were there. I would love to have the prestige of you following me (you’re getting quite the reputation, you know???) haha. Anyway — I’m working on my bedroom now and I’m trying to figure out how to frame out a mirrored closet door in order to make it look like a leaning mirror. I think I’ll use 1×6′s. Enjoy you evening!

Also — I wish I had a need to purchase another cordless drill, but I already spent too much money on a lousy one, so I can’t spend anymore money, even though it’s a good one!
